Shipping policy

All orders have FREE SHIPPING via USPS. Transit time can range from 3-7 business days.  We are not responsible for shipping delays after an order has been surrendered to the carrier for delivery.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing orders.

After your order has been processed, your order will ship via USPS and tracking information will be provided.

If you would like expedited processing, please contact us directly at info@vluxevault.com to place this request. Additional charges may apply.

We offer expedited shipping with USPS, UPS, or DHL. Please select your preferred carrier during checkout. Please be advised of the incurred fees for expedited shipping before completing your payment.

Once your order has been shipped and scanned into the carrier system, all liability and responsibility of delivery transfers to the carrier. All issues regarding delivery should be directed to the carrier.
